I’m having trouble completing payment for my order.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve experienced a problem with payment! We advise checking the following: That the details for your payment card and your billing address postcode have been entered correctly. That the payment card being used for your order or connected to your PayPal account hasn’t expired and has enough funds for the purchase. That the Terms & Conditions have been accepted before attempting to finalise your order. If your card details are correct and this should be functioning correctly, please get in touch with our customer service team via email using [email protected]. We’ll be happy to look into the issue and advise on why the payment hasn’t been accepted so we can help have your order placed as soon as possible!
